I just do to them as they do to me. I answer phone and don't say nothing and after a few moments they **** up. On other calls they stop calling me.

Day 2 and yet another call from this company.  Approximately 36 minutes prior to this call, the company called me from their 312-775-1287 number.  As usual, no message was left.

Received a call from this number earlier today.  They did not leave a voicemail message.  Have also received daily calls (for nearly a week) from this same company under a different phone number.  The other number that they are using is 312-775-1287.  Strange how two out-of-state companies have managed to acquire our unlisted phone number.

What good is it to register with DNC if everyone and their brother calls either to sell so****ing or to waste your time?

I disagree with the entry that advises "they have the right to call and get our opinions" or the entry "they are just doing their jobs". Keep in mind most of these calls are when we are trying to do our jobs (many people work remotely from home) or after we have put in an hard 8-10 hour workday and just want to sit down, relax, not talk to anyone, or talk to our families that we have not seen all day, without interruptions. I have been dealing with Synovate for over a year. I called the 800 number for Synovate where you can register DNC with them several times and registered my number with no success. I called and asked to speak to a supervisor on more than one occasion. About 6 months ago, after the third supervisor call, the calls stopped. They s****ed back this week, not sure why. I called tonight and left another message, this time threatening to file a complaint. I also called my phone company and have had call blocking added to my phone and will try to vlock the number. I already have Privacy Director, but when they display the number and a name, it gets around that. It's a shame that I have to pay for all of these services so that I can have privacy in my home. I should have the right to say who can and cannot call the number that I pay for. I work from home and have to use my phone many times each day to call the company I work for. I explained to Synovate this phone is used for my business, but they do not respect that. I have a mortgage through Washington Mutual, I plan to call Monday and ask them if they had anything to do with these annoying calls. It makes me want to do business with a different bank if that is the case. I am sorry for the lengthy comment, but this has went on and on, and calling them did NOT fix the problem for me.

I'm also receiving this calla from a marketing firm, Also a WAMU customer.

This number calls me on a daily basis. I have never answered, b/c i dont answer unknown numbers that call my cell. They have never spoken to anyone or left a message, but continue to call!! And I don't order pizza from Pizza Hut...so who else is selling these numbers!!!!!

I'm convinced this is a WAMU sellout.  I've been receiving calls on my cell phone   for several days now. Only my family and WAMU has been given this number  I use differnet numbers for  different accounts  but had to give WAMU my cell number as a contact number one day.  They are the only people who have it.  If you receive calls from this number and are a WAMU  customer, I suggest you complain to them about their betrayal of confidentiality.

This number called me tonight as well. The phone rang three times, I answered...it ***g up. I did a star69 to find out who called and got this number: 559-437-5359.I get a lot of these "****-up" calls but don't do the star69 much because it costs me every time...so can't prove it.

The culprit for me is Pizza Hut.  I gave them my work number to order a pizza, and sure enough, I got a call from Synovate the next day.  Amazing!

I received a call from 559-437-5359 they left a message stating they were a marketing company, and if you call this toll free number 866-320-4607 and put in your number they will take you off their calling list.

They ***g up when I answered.  They've been calling on and off for a few weeks now.

Same as others -- calls at dinner time -- thanks to caller ID I don't answer but wish that they'd go away.

Called on Nov. 21, 2007 saying they needed to speak with the person who ordered pizza from Pizza Hut in the last two days.  My daughter said I was not home and they asked her to have me call them back but left no number.  Thinking that this was our local Pizza Hut, I called them and they had no idea what I was talking about.  Now I will call the corporate and let them know how displeased that they sold my number!

I GOT A CALL TONIGHT ABOUT 7:10 NOV. 14TH 2007 FROM THIS NUMBER 1 559 437-5359. WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE?  SHOWS SYNOVATE ON THE CALLER ID. NO ONE LEAVES A MESSAGE ON MY MA****E. WORSE OF ALL. YOU CAN'T ALWAYS BLOCK THEM FROM YOUR PHONE.

Washington Mutual apparently sold my cell # to these creeps!

A company claiming Legitimacy should show some respect to the people they are annoying, like calling at reasonable times, & NOT repeatedly---What is they don't understand about "DON'T CALL HERE ANYMORE"?

559-437-5359 has been calling my house every evening at 6:00 p.m.  I answered a couple of times, but they always **** up.  Isn't there anything that can be done about this nuisance caller.  My number is on the national do not call registry, too.
