The phone number belongs to HEY COSMO, it is a phone blaster and auto-dialer for telemarketers. Calling cell phone with an auto-dialer is Violation TCPA !

Got a missed call from this number on my cellphone. I did not recognize the number so I did not answer the phone, they did not leave a message. I did a reverse search on whitepages.com and it came up as an unpublished number. I'm sure it is a telemarketer of some sort.
