I missed the call and when I called it back a few minutes later, I got a recording saying that the number is no longer in service.

I called back recoded greeting stated the number only than this was followed by *** noises

I missed the call and the caller is says Fresno California on my phone. This I believe is a sign of a scam as they name their debris or apps as the city and state to look like a legitimate number

This number calls and the robot says "wait a moment" but ***ody comes on to speak.
