They wanted to buy a guitar with a fake $2450 certified check under the name of Sims Trucking, Inc. Bank that check was copied under said check was fraud.
They wanted to buy a truck I was selling
Wanted to buy guitar on sale- sent check for $2000 more than price and then "delivery guy" will pickup and pay him his fees. Bank notified us that check on hold and will be returned. He was rushing for pickup.
Likely check scam. Responded to a used car ad and offered to purchase via cashiers check sight-unseen and pay extra for transport. Would not share proof of ID or address, but did share this number.
