This number belongs to a solar company who want to qualify you for a government program to get you solar installed for free on your house. They put ads on your door making it look like they are working with the power company PGE and give this number to call to set up an inspection of your house to see if you qualify for a government program. Very misleading ad. I called the number and they would not tell me the name of the company but said they contract with PGE. Sounds like another company that tried to get me into the same program. They own the system. They maintain the system. They get all the credit from the power company for the total power generated by the panels on your roof. You buy your electricity from this solar company. They put enough panels to generate up to 115% of the power you use on average then they profit from that 15% over your usage. You never own the panels or get any of the tax breaks from the solar panels. These solar companies get paid a certain price from the power company for the electricity produced by the panels on your roof then they charge you more than that for the power you use.
