THESE NUMBERS: 559-634-9112, 559-634-8910, 646-766-9846 ,545-5161, 202-470-5877 EVERY OTHER DAY AND SOMETIMES 2 TO 3 TIMES A DAY AND HAVE BEEN LEAVING MESSAGES ON MY ANSWERING SERVICE.THEY S**** OUT SAYING THIS IS AN IMPORTANT MATTER THAT AN ITEM HAS BEEN RETURNED FROM FROM YOUR BANK AND YOU HAVE 24 HOURS TO TAKE CARE OF THE MATTER OR YOUR WAGES WILL BE GARNISHED.

This number #559-634-9112 and 866-218-3402 has been harassing my mother for weeks and leave 5 messages a day on her message ma****e!! The person they are looking for does not even exist!! I called for my mother and told them to stop the harassment. I know where their office is located in Fresno (Data Checks of America) My brother who is a lawyer said he will go down there and talk to them if they do not stop harassing our mother!!

This number calls me several times a day and tells me that I have 24 hours before a wage garnishment will be issued on a returned item from the bank. When I call the number back you get an automated response saying the voicemail is full and try calling back. I finally did get someone to answer and they wanted me to pay for a returned check from 2002 from a bank that isn't even in business anymore. I asked them why I wasn't sent a certified letter since this was obviously a legal matter, they said they don't do things that way. After I mentioned the word lawyer, they ***g up on me.

Upon investigating this further, there have been other consumers stating that they also experience the same thing and one even stated they have been told they needed to pay a check that was returned 20 years ago supposedly or face legal action. This is the poorest and most ridiculous type of spam there is!
