Got a call. No message was left.

I got a call stating I needed to give my attorney information. Had my home address told me they would serve a warrant on me Monday if I did not comply. He said he was an attorney gave me his firm name. I called the attorney he professed to be and discovered that this firm had been targeted before. Definitely a scam. Once you give them your "attorney's information" I believe you will then get a follow up call probably asking you to "settle" on the account. Then (they did sound Indian) they probably use the authenticated attorney info you provided in the next scam.
