There was no message at all, no name, nothing. I suspect thuis person was just after info about whether somebody was at this phone number at this time of day. (at about 12:25 pm)

Asking for accounting information and then said they were calling for two different things. Was rude on the phone when questioned.

Rental scam through Craigslist. Similar experience as others stated.

Said his home I was interested in was still available. Invited me to drive by the home and check out the neighborhood but not to disturb the tenants. Asked for my email to send credit app. I asked when I could meet him or see the inside of the house. Have not heard from him since. Rent is definitely under market value which was first red flag.
