Rudest people I have ever spoken to! Asked them to stop calling me regarding issues because they are not my issues! The lady got rude and was a total choice word that I will not type asked for her supervisor she s****ed yelling at me saying she was the supervisor I said obviously you have a boss because you have to report to someone! I find this agency guilty of harrasment big time!!!

They will not take my name off of their list and will not stop calling me whatsoever! I have no idea who this agency thinks they are but they need to stop calling me!! I told them I was at work and to stop calling me and they told me then to not answer my phone! Who does that? You dont get money by threatening people, and you sure as***** wont be getting any money out of me!!!!! I find this agency guilty of harrasment big time!!! And her name was Sophia!

woman identified herself as Sophia. She was rude, disprespectful, and accusatory. She ***g up when I confronted her behavior. When I called back to speak with a supervisor, a man called himself "Mark" apologized for her behavior, and called out last four of a ss#, and determined they had they wrong person. I will file a formal complaint with the FCC.

calls are for an ex employee, we have told her several times they have been gone for some time. called me a liar and asked for hr. told her this is a construction business and is a 3 person office, i am hr. she kept repeating the question. i told her i'm very familiar with collection calls and she said she would file a complaint a***nst me for profanity??????

I answered the phone. They asked for Cally. I infomed them that they had the wrong number. The woman said "this is not the wrong number, this is her house." She then asked for another person. I told her he was no here. She said "this is Cally, isn't it". I said no and ***g up.
