I got the same call and the same saying that I owed a payday loan for $300 and that he was going to sue me. As soon as I told him I would send this to my attorney to see if this was legit he s****ed screaming at me and telling me I was going to owe them more money. This is a scam I think because I seriously don't know what they are talking about

A male with an Indian accent called with all my personal information threatening to sue me for a $300.00 payday loan that I knew nothing about. I said no to him. He refused to give me the name of the company. I told him that I would find out who he was and come to his location if he contacted me a***n.

I got a call from this number, a man name daniel, stating he was from a law firm for ex payday loans, trying to collect 500 dollars from me on a loan I never did, he had my phone number, address, ss#, bank acct number and routing number, my work name and phone number, when I found out it was a sxam I closed my account, reported them to the police then called the number back and when I spoke with daniel, told him I knew he was fradulant and that I closed my checking acct, and reported him to my local police dept, he ***g up on me and I never heard back from him, but what a major hassle for me and scary someone from middle eastern country had all my info, threating to have me taken to court for check fraud

Another indian accent call me at my job. I'm so sick and tired of these phone calls.. somebody want to sue me a***nst my name and social security #. I wish I could get a new ss# don't know what to do anymore... there are too many scam going on...
