This person operates a “travel agency” and collects money for trips and while o think these are legit, refunds and cancellations have been grueling. I have requested a refund and she has given a small portion and left a bigger balance owed me and has not responded and also blocked me within minutes on all platforms when I ask for copies of invoice and refunds as well as has ignored my requests to obtain the remainder. I would not do business with person.
