California call please block

Calls several times and says nothing and ****s up.

For the p***** 2 weeks we have been receiving calls from this number during the evening and neither do they provide an identification nor leave a message.  Please can someone stop this people, telephones are an important mode of communication invented for important matters and reasa***le chatting not to inconvenient others.

This number has called me repeatedly, at least 6 times per day, morning, noon and night. When they get my voice mail, they just **** up. I have no idea what they want but it is really getting irritating.
