I have been receiving calls from 3155389903 from a man with an Indian accent from the legal department of   ACS and that I owe him money for fraud. He also told me that I was going to be in alot of trouble.if I didn't pay him 800 for a loan that he claims I took out in August and was deposited into my checking account .(Never took a loan and if I did- I think I would know about it.  He has called my job and left me threatening  messages, He has also called me from a 831-295-872 number and threatened me personally. He must really think people are ******.  He calls me from all these different phone numbers with all different names but meanwhile his voice remains the same.   I will be reporting this LOW LIFE to the police and the attorney generals office

I received a call from a man named Carl Peterson. He has an Indian accent and calls me at work threatening me that someone will appear at my work to confront me. I told him that I was going to report him to the Postal Inspectors as I work for the Postal Service.

Just received a call from "Oscar Brown" at ACS at 347-416-5035 which is a cell phone out of NY.  He said he was from the legal department, and the next notification would be to my employer.

received this call from ACS phone 5612104790 demanning that I own them money for fraud involing financial ins***ution/he stated that there will be trouble for me, just got out of the hospital for atro-filb heart problem. .as of 11/23/2010 I called this number5612104790 got insurance company in florida.

I too just received a call from the not so eloquent Alvin Hodge, but he was from the legal department of  "Affiliated Consolidation Services".  He had my adult daughter's name and said she had committed some kind of fraud involving some unknown financial ins***ution.  He said she gave up all of my confidential information and if he did not hear from me or my daughter there would be trouble for all of us.  He was yelling and very threatening in the voicemail he left after I ***g up on him during his first call.  What a tool!  What is creepy is he did know my daughters name and has been calling her too.  I will be reporting this as well.

I got this web page from a woman at the Division of Finance Corp. & Security. I got connected to her by a woman at the Attorney General's office in my state. Anyway, these same people, scammers I mean, contacted me today. The name used was: Alvin Hodge. To make the long story short, this person actually threatened to come to my house and **** me. I told him I thought this thing was a scam and he said, "I can come to your house in two days and show you I'm not a scam by shoving my d--k in you".Since his English was so bad, I laughed at him and said "What did you say?"He repeated himself, "I know where you live and I can be at your house in two days. I got a big d--k and will shove it in your a**".A***n, I laughed at him. I then said, "Are you threatening me? (yes he said) Well guess what? I'm calling the police on you. BYE!"I called the police, who lead me to call the Attorney General (she thought it was great that I laughed at him). I then was lead to the Division of Finance and Corporate Security. I will be pursuing this.I'm worried...what & how much damage can these people do? More will be revealed...

Just got a call from a "legal investigation company" known as: Affidavit Consolidation Services. A man with a heavy accent who called himself Victor was the "collector."  Victor claimed to have my ssn and drivers license number.  Victor said that if he was not paid the $800 he was owed, that he would freeze my license and credit cards.  I have not taken out any loans, nor am I in debt in any way, shape, or form.  I told him to read off my ssn if he truly had it, and when he attempted to read off numbers, they were incorrect.He proceeded to call me a mother-f*cker and said that he wanted to get what he was owed.  He has continued to call me, pestering me.  It is from the number: 561-210-4790.Be careful, and be sure not to believe these kinds of scams

i just got this call-thick accent-smart a** I told him I was turning info over to the police and better business bureau and then the games s****ed he no longer wanted to talk or tell me who or where he was calling from!!! Where do I turn this number in!! Help please!!!! oh and he said it was regarding my ssn and a loan I supposedly took out! they had my personal info!! I told him my credit is so f***in bad I couldn't get credit from a croo****

Victor Williams called threatening "legal consequences" if a financial obligation was not immediately taken care of. Go ahead and file the charges "Victor" and I'll see you in debtors' prison. Oh, wait, this is America and there are no debtors' prisons.
