Says U S R I on caller ID.Will not leave message. I will not answer unknown phone numbers.

Just read your post and now realize why they are calling. We did the same thing at Home Depot and now I can see we will live to regret it, lol. Anyhow, thanks for the information.

Who the heck are these people. We are on the Do-Not-Call list but that doesn't seem to stop people from calling the number. Unless I know the number I never answer.

You receive calls from 561-241-8073 because at one point you signed up for an appointment to have a Home Depot remodelling person come to your house and review with you options to re-do your kitchen etc. I also did that when I went to a local Home Depot, so the call is ringing. I would suggest that you answer the call and request to be removed from the call list. The sales rep was pushy that's why I ended up signing up for an expert to come to my home for free. But any projects are not on my schedule so I would rather call them to cancel the home visit...

This is third time they are calling *****ey are looking for 'Nick'. I said it's the wrong number they've called but still calling me. So annoying.

the first time i received from this number a couple of days ago, i immediately googled the number and found this discussion group.  so far, i've been ignoring it.  i'm not interested in spending for renovation for now... it's the economy, ******!

I signed up for a free home visit from Home Depot day before i got a call from 561 241 8073 they mentioned cabinet refacing , but I am ;having a bathroom redone.  No message and ***ody answers when I say "hello".

Same as above. I asked for estimate from a contractor. Im sure someone has sold out name out. Home Depot wasnt involved for ours but we are getting the same issue on our cell phone no less. Not good for when I'm at work.

I've been getting this call a few days now saying that it's Home Depot looking for a Mrs. Davis...they have the right phone number but the the address is wrong because I asked.  In addition to that, I asked them to stop calling me and they said they would take me off the list, but I still keep getting calls from them.And the one time a woman leaves a message about an appointment for free estimates.I mean, when does stop and no mean STOP and No....

Whatever happened to the do-not-call list.  It doesn't work very well.

i also recieved several calls from this number but never answered.  i finally called the number back and it was a remodeling company which is what the recording said. it also gives you an option to be placed on their do not call list. so i did that, we'll see what happens!!!!

I get calls from this number on my cell phone and home phone. I think it is a home depot cabinet refinishing company.  I got an estimate from them and then decided not to buy. They never leave a message.

Thanks for the 800 number. It was from HomeDepot, i asked them to remove my number form the list.

I GOT A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER AND ON THE CALLER ID SAYS "U S R I" I DONT KNOW WHAT THAT MEANS.

they do it CONSTANTLY did the 800 # work?

I got a call from this number just a few minutes ago. I didn't pick it up. There is no msg. Don't know what's going on.

I pick up the phone and then **** up on them - so they get a disconnection right away!  They deserve it.  I do this always.  And, sometimes I let my husband take the call and s**** speaking in his foreign tongue - and they don't bother calling a***n.  Overall, so****ing needs to be done in regards to BAD telemarketing - and we all know the BAD outweighs the GOOD.  With any call, they should immediately identify who they are, what they are calling about, have a nice mannerism and when you kindly let them know you are not interested and please remove your name and number, it should be noted as such and fees should be****essed to companies that don't adhere to your wishes.  This is really a violation of privacy - and, even when you have your name on the DO NOT CALL LIST, you still get calls - not just companies are are exempt (i.e., non-profit, research study), but from people/places who are not suppose to be calling you in the first place!  It's upsetting to get calls before 9 am and after 9 pm. - and even when you tell the caller not to call a***n, they do - they do their shift, never make notes that you are not interested, the next person comes into the job, calls you a***n, and a***n and a***n...absolutely ridiculous!!!!

Have received several calls in the last week, but others prior to that.

Have received at least 3 calls a day for the past week from this number. If I answer there is noone on the other end it seems, if I hit ignore there is never a voicemail.

Funny... I just received a call from this number too! I didn't recognize it in my list so I googled it!! And here I find out I am not the only one. This is fishy...I am going to call the 1-800 number mentioned above and see if they can put me off the list too. I do buy a lot of stuff from Home Depot... I must have given my cell number in one of their paperwork for returned items??!!

Several call a month, only shows telephone # and no name on cell phone. When picked up, no one says anything, sometimes it ****s up on me.  Here's a solution that may help:I just called 800 439 6818 which is a call center for the remodeling company through Home Depot. I spoke with a manager who was very apologetic and she did so****ing in the computer to take my name off the list, and said that should take care of it, and if I get another call to call back to let them know. Everyone should call to get their name off the list. If you want, I will be posting in about a week and a half to tell you the results. If you do call, please let us know if that works, so everyone can call and get their name off the list. Merry Christmas all.

I get calls from this number everyday in the morning and the afternoon.  One time we told them we weren't interested.  One time they ***g up when I answered.  I've been letting it just ring without answering but finally today  I've been picking it up and screaming then ****ing up.  I'm sick of it.
