Who is calling......Scam...phising?

callerid says "card services". They never leave a message.

I had been getting this call before. Sometimes I would get an automated message telling me it was from Card Services telling me I could get a lower rate on my account. No company name was ever given....THIS IS A SCAM...Don't give them any information. I tried to get them to stop calling, but was disconnected immediately!

Phone #561-277-2195 call here all the time and leave no message...very annoying.

Evening phone calls (and imagine during the day while I'm at work too) without leaving a message. I am on the no call list. This needs to stop.

there is another 'card services' 1 512 961 5505 that also poses as 'texas call' that may tied to this. many comments on this 'texas call/card services' number. beware, do not answer and ignore.

On 2/9/2010, female asked for and received credit card information from an elderly person. This is a SCAM and needs to be shut down before she preys on more elderly people.

The caller ID says Card Services, but they don't leave a message. Lots of calls.

This number keeps calling and are rude and annoying. Have filed complaints with do not call and they still annoy us.

We receive calls several times a week from 561-277-2195. They always ask for my husband and won't discuss anything with me. The caller ID says "Card Services".

Don't know who this is, recieved many calls on my caller id with no msgs. Very annoying.

Answered it once with the caller speaking such poor english I was unable to understand him and ***g up. Now I watch caller ID and don't answer.

I get calls from these people several times a week. I have caller ID so never answer when they call. A nuisance.

I just paid $20.00 to have my phone # c****ed and an additional $5.00 to have it listed totally private so no one should have access to it, and I am on the national do not call register, but these people have called three times but do not leave a message. I am tired of it!

I called another telemarket number a few days ago with Bank of America. I feel sure this is the same offer using a different company. I called back and was told this was an offer for insurance on my credit card which was the same deal they were selling before.

Got two calls from the number 561-277-2195. It says Card Member Services on the caller ID. When you answer, the caller ****s up.

They call occasionally, but **** up after you answer. I've tried calling them back but no one answers.

I called this number and itis a recording that says they are offering me a card protection service from my card service ins***ution.  It sounded very sketchy to me because they never once mention a credit card company or bank name.  If it was a real company, they would have identified themselves.

Annoying and daily calls. Report to the don't call registry and they will be fined $10,000 for each call! Let's ***** them for annoying us!

Very irritating.  Call all thru the day.  I am on the do not call list but this group is still calling.

This person or business has been calling my home everyday for two weeks now. I am on the Do Not Call List. I want it stopped.

Just got a call from number and was very su****ious when he asked me to confirm my address.  Did not confirm anything and quickly told him I did not want to discuss my personal information.

Called this morning, left no message. Call apparently came from Jupiter, FL. From other reports on this, I believe it is a scam and needs to be stopped.

FIA is****ociated with my Bank of America credit card. The fine print on my monthly statements indicates that my type of card is a registered trademark of FIA Card Services, N.A.

Picked up the phone 2x and each time there is no response on the end of the caller. It is a pain and seeing how we are on the do not call list I'd like to know how they are able to be such a nuisance!

These people get information about which company you bank with and call you pretending to be from that bank.  they are not affiliated with the bank and are trying to scam people out of money.

Caller ID states Card Services and number 561-277-2195.  I did not answer but let the answering ma****e get it.  They ***g up and left no message.  They need to be stopped from these calls when you are on the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY>

5 calls in a week, call ID just says Jupiter Fl. when answering ma****e picks up, call immediately disconnected.calling back results in fast busy likely meaning its an outgoing only number which is a classic scam by telemarketers that deliberately violate the "do not call" statute.  need to make violations a criminal act!

They have called 2 to 3 times daily for past week. Caller ID says Jupiter, FL and I have not answered until today. They said they are calling from FIA Card Services for my credit card company. Wanted to sell me coverage that will take care of my payments for up to a year and a half in case of illness. I asked to be taken off their call list.

They called on 4.14.'09 and asked for me.  No message left.  ID is "Card services."  I called them back after hours and was told by a mechanical voice that my "card" wanted to offer me some sort of protection.  Could be Visa or MC, don't know.  Probably the one I just paid off!
