Its an auto call system contractor. Their customers are company's like FPL. Say you move and the next person c****es the electrical service at your old address to their name this contractor calls and plays you a message telling you in case you want to dispute it.
repeated calls from this number - ****s up when i pick up... get 'dead line' or busy signal when trying to call number back.
