i just called the palm beach county pba and let them know the person calling is rude and asked them to take me off the call list the lady on the phone said she would let them know hopefully this makes it stop

I called PBC PBA, and they said that the "Cops for Kids" program is part of their organization and perfectly legitimate.

Its Police Benevolent asking for donations

Yes they just called me, no hi just asking, "Miss Stein?", when I said "which one", the man disconnected the phone.

All day long

Solicitaion for children from police ,for contributions, knew name and address.

They called me asked for "krstoffrbron", which is a slurred syllable and/or switched vowel version of my real full name.  If they're going to annoy you with calls they should at least learn to speak like normal people.  It's scary to think that cops anywhere would have anything to do with this idiocy.

The same has happened to me on 13 Mar 2009.  When I answer there is no one on the line.

Caller ID shows # only. No one on line. Call back gets busy signal. Annoying!

when this number calls they do not respond,and then just **** up.number never leaves a message either.

Calls every other week or so. Doesn't leave message, and ****s up as soon as I answer. Sometimes they'll call 3 times in one day, several times in a week.
