Got a call from them on July 9, 2009. Glad I did not answer.

I just got a call from this number at 11:50 a.m. on July 8th, 2009.  I didn't answer because I didn't know who they were.  They left no message.  I googled the number and found this page.  Thanks for all of your helpful info!!

Call me several times, and say*****o and **** up. Kinda creepy. Why would they be calling random numbers and not say anything. Kind of sketchy.

I called  my local phone company and they told me what to do the next time I received a call which results in the police calling the company. I suggest each of you call your local phone company and they should be able to help you resolve this problem...Good Luck and hopefully Good Riddance of this pain.

This **** has been calling my house on and off for months.  He asks for my husband like he knows him and when I ask him who's calling or what it's in reference to, he either ****s up or tells me to have a nice day.  He has called the past 3 days in a row.  He called last night (Sunday) at 8:30 p.m.I'm going to s**** by calling the phone company and going from there to see about filing harrassment charges a***nst him.

C.W.S. has called my house several times, each time ****ing up with no message left. I am tired of (561)296-9154 calling me, they will call and **** up and call right back. Leave me alone!!!

I get several calls each day from 1-561-296-9154, They let the phone ring 4 times and **** up. They never leave a message. I'm getting real tired of it. Please help.Tom

This is the second time these people have called.  BOTH times they have asked for someone that doesn't live here . . . they know my address . . . and BOTH times I have told them they have the wrong number and need to remove me from their list.

Received a call this evening at 7:20pm.  Caller s****ed with small talk about the weather and the time c****e.  I asked him to get to the point.  He said he was with the American Trooper****ociation.  Began reading the usual s***ch and then asked for a donation.  Kindly stated that I was not interested.

I received a ****up from this number this AM.  I looked up CWS and it said Community Welfare Services.  I looked up their number on the internet and called it.  The number was different than this one.  I talked to the -person there and he was surprised by the telephone call, indicating Community Welfare Services was not open yet at the time fo the call.  Apparently, w***ver is calling from 561-296-9154 with a caller ID of C.W.S. is NOT Community Welfare Services.  The 561 exc****e is Florida and a return call identified them as Community Welfare Services.  I suspect the Florida operation is some kind of a scam.

I received a call from them also.  So called "charitable organizations" are exempt from the DNC list.  All you can is call screening and don;t answer if you don't recognize the number.

This is an excellent website.  I just received 561-296-9154 C.W.S on my Caller ID;  no message was left. Thanks for making it easy for me to identify this nuisance caller.

Got a call around dinner time.  Asked for me by first name.  Didn't take the call.  I'm on the do not call list, but this doesn't seem to help much.

I received a call from this company on Sunday afternoon at around 5pm. The Caller ID shows C.W.S. I called back and received a message that I had reached a fundraising company called Community Welfare Services. There was an option to leave a message, but I did not.  I did do some sear****g online and found that the are based in MN, but incorporated in Florida. caller id says C.W.S.  Does anyone know who this is?
