Total scam, ACS called and threatened my wife with a bench warrant and immediate arrest for interstate wire fraud, theft by deception, federal bank violation. All this for an online paycheck loan that was paid off on time. These guys are from India and route there calls through Florida or NYC. They are ignorant and persistent. I told the guy I knew he was a scam and had reported him to the FBI, he said that is a different matter and said that if I didn't give him my account immediately, he would see me in court in the morning. I said he had no clue how the US court system works. These people prey on people, don't ever fall for a collection agency, especially with a foreign accent. These guys are 100% criminals.
