I have semi solved the problem with these types of calls. 1. I turned off the answering ma****e on my landline. 2. I now answer the phone with: Hi you have reached (phone number) if we had wanted to recieve your type of call we would not be on the DO NOT CALL list. We will no longer tolerate any sales, solisitation, or survay calls. If you would like to leave a message after the beep we will gladly prosecute. The caller usually ****s up befor I finish my little s***ch.

Call was from a TELEMARKETER  with HIGH Pressure TACTICS .  Told HIM to REMOVE our Name.

Called at 12:37 PM Nov. 23, 2010  No message left on answering ma****e.

this number called my landline on Oct. 21 at 12:30pm and left no message
