I received a call at my wor**** From Kevin Foster and from Steve Austin, saying i am being arrested at my work and being charged with crimminal charges.

I too have been getting this call, although I cannot understand the name of the gentleman (YaHa) on the phone when he says his name.  He says he needs to turn me over to a lawyer to discuss the case.  When I asked specifics they **** up on me and then when I call back they accuse me of harrasssment - they s****ed the whole thing in the first place.

I've had this number harass me for months! They keep asking for a Raymond Russell or Russian and I've repeatedly told them they have the wrong number. I've asked for managers and supervisors and I've told them, a***n, that they have the wrong number. When I ask what kind of business they are, they **** up on me. It's always a woman with a strong accent, and when they called me today (October 19, 2009) it was like she was at a football game it was so loud in the background! It could have been a TV or a lot of people talking. They left me a message today saying it was the second warning for Raymond Russian and that the call is time sensitive. The woman left her name but I couldn't understand it. Raymond shouldn't disregard this call or from his legal team, and if he does a legal representative will come down to his work and pick him up..then my voicemail times out. I hope they do try to go down to w***ver's business so they can find this Raymond guy and leave me alone!!!!I'm so sick of these phone calls! I'm going to have my wireless carrier block the number.

I received a threatening phone call and used the name RAY.  Said the same thing, I owed money from Cashnet and there was a warrent out for my arrent and was very rude and when I had questions he got louder and said "i have to read this afidavadid"  he said I would be served with a warrent today or tomarrow and taken to jail.  on and on.  He gave me to a "res***ution department" and then I knew it was such bull.  Very upsetting so I called the police and going to make a complaint and of course, no warrent for me.  WHAT EVER YOU ALL DO WHEN THEY ASK QUESTIONS LIKE THE LAST 4 OF YOUR SOCIAL DO NOT GIVE IT, DO NOT AGREE TO ANYTHING, EVEN IF THEY KNOW NAMES OF PEOPLE YOU KNOW, OR ANYTHING ABOUT YOU. THEY ONLY BRING UP STUFF ABOUT YOU WHEN YOU QUESTION THEM.  GET A REAL JOB.  COWARDS TRYING TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF OUR ECOMOMY.  HE HAD THE NERVE TO SAY MAY GOD BLESS YOU.   HES GOT HIS COMMING AND GOD IS WAT****G HIM RIGHT NOW AND BAD STRICK IS COMING HIS WAY.

Someone from the same # just called me and I could not understand a dang word he was saying. He said his name was Brett or ***d Anderson and that if I dont call back I would be in big trouble. Said that after it all unfolds that It istoo late.

I represent a woman in a bankruptcy case that called me quite upset cause a man named Ryan Cruz has threatened to have her arrested if not paid $1000.00. She gave me his number to which i called to inform him of the bankruptcy so he would discontinue any attempts for collection. He would say "thats too bad, she owes it. She's going to jail. Bankruptcy can't help her" Which i informed him he was in violation of the bankruptcy code..i requested his supervisor. He told me he was the supervisor and then ***g up. Ignore this fool. He can't take that type of action a***nst you over a pay day loan debt.

I have been receiving calls with the same information as all above...This is a SCAM.....call your phone company and get this number blocked....for your own sanity....I handle collections for a living......trust me all of you....THIS IS A SCAM....

Received another call this morning from those *******'s 10254051200.  I just spoke to the FCC about this.  They told me that nothing can be donw until the get alot of complaints from a lot of different people about this.  They already know whats going on, they have have quite a few calls and complaints made about these ppl, but apparently it's not enough. So, please call and complain and hopefully it will put an end to all of this freaking madness (FCC 877-382-5543).  Until, im calling my cell phone company to have their numbers blocked.

I just received a call from the same person.  He left a threatening message on my answering ma****e with a call back number of 561-354-5543. He was speaking in a heavy arabic accent and said some stuff about his legal office would be contacting me on monday.  He was speaking to another individual in the background in arabic and when I asked him to repeat himself because I couldn't understand him to told me to **** off and a***n stated that his legal team would contact me on monday then called me a "fu**ing Basta**"

I RECEIVED THE EXACT SAME CALL FROM A GUY NAME JACOB MORRIS AT THE SAME KIND OF PLACE.  I WAS FREAKING OUT WHEN THIS HAPPENED TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHO OR WHAT I HAD DONE WHEN I KNEW IT WAS NOTHING.  HE ALSO MADE THE MISTAKE OF ANSWERING AND SAYING HE WAS A ROBERT JONES. SO BE CAREFUL BECAUSE THEY HAD ME GOING UNTIL NOW.  I AM GOING TO MY PROSECUTORS OFFICE IN THE MORNING.

A Kevin Foster just called me saying that I had a lawsuit a***nst me.  Said to pay $635 today (for loan that I know nothing about), or he would see me in court tomorrow and I would have to pay $5000. It scared the **** out of me. They kept ****ing up on me everytime I tried to get some information from them.  He never told me the name of his law firm, and he told me to niver call back a***n.  I am very glad to hear that I am not the only one that this has happened to, and I am glad to hear that it is a scam. I wish I knew a way to get this guy busted.

I had this guy call me today named Kevin Foster, he was extremely rude and wanted me to pay him money for a loan that I supposedly took out with Cash Net, he stated I owed $5000 if I let it go to court, but I could deal with it out of court and pay $750. When I called the number back several times to get the information faxed or sent to me they refused they said there were no records or do***ents, that it was online. So I told them that they should have a web page with my information that they could print and fax that and he said they didnt. The last time I called I got Robert Jones who transferred me to Ryan and he told me that I could pay $500 and be done with this. He proceed to tell me that he loved me and wanted to marry me. They continuely call my phone leaving prevented messages on it, I told them that if they didnt stop harrassing me I would turn them in. The only reason I continued to try and get information was because he said someone from the crime defense division would be to my place of business tomorrow to take me in and hold me for 2 days and than take me to prison for 2 years. I proceed to get as much information from the company that I could, here is what I was able to get. There supposedly located in California, but they have a Florida number, they have the following names they use Ryan, Kevin Foster, Steve Austin, and Robert Jones. They call thereselves the following Riverside Law Firm, Law Firm of Cash Net, or just Crime Division. I just am in shock that someone can be that way. I would love for the calls to stop I dont have time to deal with them.

This guy called my cell phone today and I ignored the call because it showed to be a restricted number. He left a voice mail then turned around and called my work number where I am the receptionist. This is not the first time they have called me, but it is the first time they've called at work. He began speaking and when I couldn't understand him he put his "supervisor" on the phone who spoke better English. When I said the background noise was too loud they "turned it down." He said I took out a loan from Cash Mint online and was going to be arrested in a few days for violation of bank regulations, check fraud and theft by deception. I told him I sure hope the officers showed up because I would love to show them my bank statements where no money was ever deposited in my account from Cash Mint or any other online source. He then told me good luck and ***g up. We need to put a stop to these people!!!

I have the same situation.He said his name is david jones and for me to call back asap.I called and he was saying some of my information to me.And said people were coming to my house to get me and I have to be in court Monday but didn't say where or nothing.this is crazy and shouldn't be happening to people.He is sick out of his mind.

This foriegn guy called my and said basically the same of the other comments. He called himself David Jones which said "it would be in my best interest to call him back ASAP or my legal team. If I do not return his phone call, than he would be forced to come after me. I do not take to kindly to threatening phone calls from a rat bastered. He does not even have my name right let alone how to say it. If he is a Jones, than I am from ***an. Try me with your threats you rat. Never threaten an Itlian!

I got a call from this number stating the same thing about a cash advance loan never paid back and the cyber crime division legal officers would show up at my place of employment and take me to court.  The male on the phone had a very hard to understand accent and he said his name was Ryan Cruz, also a Steve Austin, Robert Jones, and there was a female.

I received a call with a foreign guy with a bunch of noise in the background saying that this message is time sensitive and that me or my lawyer should call this number back and then he said so****ing about if I dont call back then I am taking my life in my hands and god bless you.

They were mentioning so****ing about a cash loan that I never received. Threatening me that it is going to be taken to courtWhat should I do about this?

His name is Jason or so he says. Left me threatening voicemail and call back number 561-354-5543. The same foreign guy called me 2 weeks ago and left me the same threatening voicemail only that time he left a call back number 786-270-1630. I KNOW IT WAS THE SAME GUY. I saved both messages and listened to them a***n. I heard a TV in the background on a foreign channel.
