Was given the above # 561-432-6200 as a 'Customer Service' number, a couple new names = Scott Stevens (initial contact) [561-584-8633] & said his direct #561-584-8633 (!) & Had a call back from a Mr. (Mike) Hogan 'director of sales' who gave 'direct' #561-584-8052 (wow, a match a***n!) and said they had a lic # '200905579' that I could check at www.sunbiz.org (which seems to be FL St Dept. of Corporations (?) but found no match to that # & little there except a name search got a name, phone & address match to a estimated one (1) person company not related to timeshares... asking for the $1792.00 but "free listing" (?) 4633 10th Ave N / Lake Worth FL  How about sending links to here & ripoffreport to the FL AG? Are they real? I just received same call and was skeptical to give my credit info

Claimed they had a buyer for my timeshare, $3000.00 deposit by buyer, non refundable, Wanted $896.00 for a Deed & ***le Search, (Britney Owens) of Nationwide marketing said she would send me a contract in 3 days or as soon as they received the $896.00 for a ***le search. I checked with the BBB, this company is not a member and the BBB gave them a grade of C, I called back and stated normally at Deed and ***les search is paid for by the buyer, She said do to leans or money owned they had the seller pay for it, When I stated I was not paying for that and they could use part of the $3000.00 the buyer put down , she stated that they could not do that, At that point I asked if they where a member of the Florida BBB she stated no, I asked what required licenses they have,she stated she didn't know but they where authorized to sell Timeshares in FL.
