Why are these people all using an auto dialer when they supposedly are illegal ? Why after you put your number A***N on the Do Not Call Registry that these calls come even more frequent ?

Call came to my CELL phone. Automated call from "Credit Services" saying I need to call them back right away. Scam.

Credit card rate reduction solicitation. I waited for an operator and as soon as I said I'd like to be removed from your list, they ***g up.
