He says he is looking for my fiance his ex wife and I told him he had the wrong number but keeps calling .the guy said he was from a medical group and even though he didn't know who I was he told me about a false procedure that his ex ssupposedly had. So if he was a health professional based on HAPPA LAW he isn't suppose to tell me anything.

This person keeps calling my number asking for someone the number doesn't belong to. I keep telling him to stop calling me. He has called twice in one day. I told him to stop calling me, then he proceeds to argue with me. Tells me he doesn't understand what the problem is. I said you have the wrong person top calling. What part does he not understand. I put all my numbers on the do not call list.
