Probably a burner phone used by some **** drug pusher. Selling fake medicine from other countries. Tons of these calls happen, avoid deals on generic meds that seem to good.

This person calls and scams people claiming great deals on generic medicine. This can present problems for the elderly who would fall for his scheme. My wife almost did.
