WHY DO TELEMARKETERS CONTINUE TO CALL EVEN WHEN MOST PEOPLE DO NOT WANT THEM TO CALL? ANSWER (BECAUSE IT IS PROFITABLE!) THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU THEY ONLY NEED A SMALL ****ER LIST!P.S. THESE FIRMS ONLY HIRE ****** PEOPLE WHO GET PAID ON COMMISSION ONLY (NO SALE NO $$$$) SO WASTE THERE TIME AS MUCH AS YOU CAN.... THE OWNERS PROMISE THESE ****** PEOPLE THAT THEY WILL MAKE A LOT OF $$$$ AND THIS NEVER HAPPENS! (ONLY THE OWNERS MAKE $$$ OFF OF YOUR WORK!) STOP DRINKING AND GET A REAL JOB!http://www.****thecalls.com/suing-telemarketers.htmlYOU CAN FILE WHERE YOU LIVE BECAUSE THEY ARE DOING BUSINESS WHERE YOU LIVE!Please Note!As I have not had a chance to fully compile the list of every Small Claims Court in the United States yet, please visit this list until such time. If and when I get my list fully compiled, I shall be including a lot of extra data such as links to the applicable court rules and which courts allow the filing of claims online as mine does.Suing Telemarketers - Simple and CheapWhen most people think about the process of suing a business en***y, they naturally consider it a complicated and expensive process. They consider having to find an attorney who specializes in the particular area of law, the costs for such and weigh it a***nst the****ential ***n. Forget all that when it comes to suing telemarketers! For those individuals like me who have successfully prosecuted cases a***nst telemarketing firms, there is little need for an attorney. (A cover-my-posterior caveat: I am not an attorney, so I cannot legally advise you. Whenever you are considering legal action, it is always advisable that you consult an attorney. Personally, I have never needed one when filing claims a***nst telemarketers, but you may wish to consider doing so.) The key is that the best venue for filing suit a***nst a telemarketer is in your local Small Claims Court. The only fees you must pay are the filing fees (varies upon venue and amount, but generally is somewhere around $50) and the fee to perform service of process (anywhere from $10 to $100 depending upon whether or not you have the court serve the telemarketer via certified mail or you have a law enforcement officer or other process server handle such). When the****ential ***n is thousands of dollars, what is a ***dred bucks?I have personally filed four claims in Small Claims Court a***nst telemarketers. I have been paid on three of them (the fourth was a***nst SBC and they gave me such a runaround on the process serving - BUT they stopped calling) that I let that one slide. Of the three cases where I was paid, the following were the results: 1. Filed a claim a***nst a telemarketing firm based in Florida (Health Benefits Direct) for $1500. This amount was based upon two calls made after I told them to stop calling and their failure to provide me with a copy of their Do Not Call Policy. I settled out of court for $600.00 prior to the trial date.(Initial Cost to me: $55) 2. Filed a claim a***nst a mortgage brokerage firm in southern California (due to settlement agreement, I cannot reveal their name) for $4500. This amount was based upon seven calls made after I told them to stop calling and their failure to provide me with a copy of their Do Not Call Policy and their failure to maintain a Do Not Call List. I settled out of court for $2000.00 prior to the trial date. (Initial Cost to me: $80) 3. Filed a claim a***nst a mortgage brokerage firm in southern California (Country Club Mortgage) for $3500. This amount was based upon five calls made after I told them to stop calling and their failure to provide me with a copy of their Do Not Call Policy and their failure to maintain a Do Not Call List. I received a judgment for the full amount of $3500, plus $60 in court costs. (Initial Cost to me: $60)
Actually, you can put your business number on the No Call List. I have all of mine listed there and only very rarely get an unsolicited call.
they call and dont leave messages or **** up.come on really...
Unfortunately if you are a business your number is not protected on the Do Not Call list.
I got a call from this number 561-686-3078 and the person said they were AT & T and that "I had called them". That is not true and I told the lady I did not call them. She said I did and that I asked for info about my business account. I told her NO...........I did not call them. She then asked me if I was (she*****unced my name correctly) and I said Yes!!!..... that is me but I never called and not interested. So I told her goodbye and she said goodbye. Next time if they call, I will inform them they are in violation of the "DO NOT CALL LIST" for which I am registered.
Looks as if no one has commented on this number in a while. They called and ***g up at my store this morning. I am guessing they **** up so much on everyone because the auto dial they use calls many numbers at one time and w***ver picks up first loses! Caller ID A T T Authorize
I get a call everyday from this number! How do you stop it!!!
THIS IS AN ANNOYANCE NOTHING MORE
Answer & they **** up.
these people are obnoxious.GET A LIFE!!!
"Vince" calls regularly statig they offer FIOS for a DSL replacement at the same price as DSL. We requested an email outlinig his offer, "Vince" said he would send , but have not recieved. Verified the "qualification with the VZ Business Prtenership Channel which we are part of..The site does not qulaify for FIOS so we certainly question the validity of these calls. No plan to proceed with this suspect scenario. If they're truly with VZ, they answer as being Verizon.

*60 is the call block feature on your phone.Just Hit *60 and follow the prompts.
Just got another call from them. Programmed them into my cell phone as "Zat&t" with the ringer turned off so I don't have to stop what I'm doing to see who's calling. Have quite a few "Z's" in my cellphone to keep it from ringing when solicitors call. (The "Z" prefix is to keep them away from the other names in my cellphone's phonebook.)I call this tactic by AT&T, and the others, "Harrassment Marketing". They're on my list of companies to NEVER do business with. AOL is another.
Received a call from this number every day for the last week. They just **** on the phone and do not speak. Very annoying!
I get 6 to 8 calls a day from AT&T "affilate" marketers every day. Even though AT&T says on their website that your information will not be shared with anyone, THEY LIE!!! I have been put on the "blocked" call list by 4 different very nice AT&T operators. Everytime they tell me that w***ver told me that didn't follow through but they****ure me they will do it right this time. They always tell me that I am paying 89.00 a month for computer service, but if I upgrade they will reduce it to 69.00. I am paying 52.00. They burn through 15 minutes a week on my cell phone as well as wasting 25 to 30 calls a week on my office phone. Is there no way to stop them?
I get call from this guys two times a day, they only just ****s up every time we answer.
Calls & ****s up, today at about 10-10:15a.m. Often enough to be anpoying. What about the wasted minutes. Who pays?
They call to advise of DSL discount--advised that they send us an email--said can't do that--this is a communication company that can't communicate--most of the time ****-up with no conversation at 3:40 PM a***n
AT&T s*** trying to tell you that you've "qualified" for some special deal where you only pay about $20 more than you're paying now. Have asked these slime***** on no less than 4 occasions to put me on their do not call list and they still call twice a day.
We get a call from 561-686-3708 about every 2 days at 945-10am in the morning. I pick up and they **** up
