if it was discharged or whatever if you have not talked to them about it in a certian number of years, it is written off and they cant do a thing.......but if you talk to them or send the ANYTHING, it can be reinstated as making contact, and it will s**** all over, DO NOT TALK TO THEM TELL THEM THE PERSON IS DEAD.......my attorney's advice.......Now this only works on accounts that are old and have not been paid on in years (forget the number of years but I do believe it to be 7) but there is a loop hole in bankrupcy, when your attorney told you not to talk to them that is what he meant......if you do you can undo the whole thing......I keep getting a call about every year for a credit card that was discharged 20 years ago........they try to trick you to.....best thing to do if you owe someone you know it, call them if you need to talk to them do not talk to bill collectors on the phone it does not good all they want is you to admit you ever owed the bill......

THIS IS RIDICULOUS. How can this be allowed to happen? They call constantly saying that I need to repay debt that I don't have. I reported the number on http://www.donotcall.gov . I honestly don't know what else to do. Does anybody have any ideas?  Who are you supposed to call for this sort of thing?

Got a call from this number at my in laws place and did not know who they were. I calleda and they said that they are collection agency for Bank of America trying to collect $3600.00 for a debt that was discharged 4 years ago...Will call my lawyer and maybe the news media to find out about my options....CROOKS...

I hate them. They keep calling my home phone and looking for a guy whose name is Rolland. They call at least 3 times a week and every time it is around 8:13AM.  What kind of company this is???????? ******!

Receive calls all the time from this number only a recording to call Mr. Shapiro (or so****ing like that) at 866-953-5652 but that number is a ****ographic whatever....disgusting. Caller ID says 561-689-9494 for First Financial though....don't add up.

On 01-26-10 I received a voice mail from this number, and it sounded like someone accidentally dialed and forget.  A long voice mail of people talking in background, music playing, etc.  No one said anything directly into the phone.

This guy called to my place of work threatening me saying I was someone else and using heavy language and menacing me with doing fraud etc when I called back to the number he said he knew I was whom he said I was and when i requested his name he didn't provide it but said he would be calling me until I recognize I was that other person. The guy really wants me to be someone else,really bad to treat people like that. I have no credit problems  whatsoever.

this # has s****ing calling the phone in the empty cube across from me at work, my job to take those phone msgs... very annoying, supervisor called the # today finally to try and explain they are calling a company with no knowledge of w***ver they are calling... weird, since you have to dial an extension to get to the phone, and it is total simulated voice on the messages.  leave an 800 number with a "Mr. Green" name, otherwise no other specific info.

Be aware, I had bankrupcy 6 months ago, these people call me for one of the credit card that was dischard... when I said to the guy that I had it dischard he said that it was not been dischard and I need it to pay... I do beleave these people are sharks on low waters traying to pay their bills.... LOL. I am calling my attorney to find out little more about this call.

These people are big CROOKS...With this economy they trying to collect debts from hard working people.

Keeps calling, no idea why. They will call twice in a row then leave a message. They did say they were from First Financial. Sounds like a bill collector, not sure.

I recieve numerous calls from this number at my place of employment.  The woman states her name is Nancy Dell and her ext is 243.  She leaves threatening voicemails and when I called the number back, the woman who answered stated it was First Financial.  Not sure why they are calling me as I have no credit cards.

They actually called my sister and asked to speak with *****ey claimed to be a type of attorney, and asked for me to call them back on a seperate number
