I forgot to mention that they call from a different number just about each time they call.  The caller ID name is blank.

These people have been calling up just about every day and leaving a recorded message on my ma****e. Because it s****s the second the ma****e answers instead of waiting for the beep, not all the message gets recorded.  This one said:"...do not want your bill to go up press 1 now.  A***n if you do not want to parti****te in the power rate increases press 1 now to speak to a live agent."In other messages they also say "to forfeit your Obama stimulus money press 2 to be removed from our calling list."They do not give the company name in the recording.
