Person sent TEXT & CALLED. Claimed to be my bank. First sent TEXT asking to verify my my credit card# via TEXT. I replied: Call me & I will. The phone rang...identifying SPAM CALL. He said my card was restricted & in order to lift it, he needed my card#. Ha! Nice try, buddy.
