August 4th mid day get a call from the 561-768-4051 - Sounds like a boiler room background noise (why don't SCAM artists ever figure that one out?) - That's the first clue.  Young girl ask for me by name (so she has a****ential ****ER list) - Says the grant I applied for is ready - I told her I did not apply for a grant - She says well do you want to?? - I said NO - she was polite & ***g up.   Same day about 7pm - my phone reads missed call from same number - Same day A***N about 8:30 pm I see that same number light up in my phone...this time I'm ready.   Older RUDE lady comes on the phone said she wanted to speak to me (uses my correct name) same boiler noise in background.  I told her my name was YURI, she said she wanted to speak to me by my name a***n (shouted it at me this time).  I repeated to her emphactically this time that my name was YURI A. SCAM....she then got it and kept telling me that I was a scam, huh??  Then she said I was **** - then she said I was BROKE.  I told her to LOSE my number and never never call a***n.  She got it.  I told her she was a graduate from BS University and that I was a graduate from FU University and was on to her.   Ta da!   Report them to the FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF CONSUMER AFFAIRS. If they are in the US they might (might) be able to find them and shut them down.   Problem is that these gypsies pop up everwhere - morphing into other SCAMS - SHAME ON THEM!

2-3 calls a day..I do not answer...they leave no message...guess I have to get my whistle out & use it when they call.

They have been calling me ever day for the last 2 weeks. Sometimes 4 times a day. Never answer the call. Wish they would stop.

Called  at 9;00 pm  asked what are going to do with your check..  Which does not exist. 7/28/10.How do you report these people.

i recieved 7calls today from this number 3 they did not say a word , the others "were not selling anything"  what i could understand for $4.99 they would email me an access code for gov. grants, i requested every time not to call me a***n but it has not stopped yet! how do you stop them?

I recently s****ed to receive calls like these a couple of weeks ago. No one is on the line when if you answer. They do not leave messages and if you call that number it you get a message this number is no longer in service. There must be someone that we can turn this ******s into to. They need to be ****.

I receive numerous calls from this so-called company as well. I have never answered the phone until tonight. I got sick and tired of out of area and 800 numbers calling me so I took my daughter's whistle, which I will **** this into the phone as loud as I can. Needless to say, the calls have almost ceased. I finally did this to the call that I got from this "company" tonight. I received this call at 9:43 pm CST. For those of you who do not know, it is illegal for anyone (business, telemarketer, collector) to call you after 9:00 pm during your time zone. It was almost 10:00 at night. The caller Id said that it was from Florida so there it would have been 11:00 pm. As far as them calling and ****ing up, this is normal. It is called a "demon dialer". This is a computer that will constantly dial numbers until they receive an answer. Once someone answers the call is transfered to the Live person on the other side. If the Live person is busy or on the other line, then the computer will **** up because there is no where to transfer the call to. Hope this helps.

These folks call me AT LEAST twice a week.  They're going on the block list for sure.

They keep calling my cell phone countless times everyday. I'm tired of them not answering me or just ****ing up. This is ****** that they don't ever let up.

do not call me ever a ***n , don't know you don't want to ,   Stop these harnessing phone calls!

These people called me and told me I didn't have to pay back my Grant. I told them I never applied for a Grant and take me off their calling list.

I answered this call a***nst my better judgement and it was someone asking if I wanted to apply for a grant that did not have to be repaid. She said it was government funds that could be used to buy a house, car or education costs. The caller did not sound professional and there was a lot of background noise that wasn't "office" noise.

These "People" have called my cell phone once so far today. They called 3 times on July 2, 7 times on July 1 and once on June 25.  They want $24.95 to apply for a grant. I have kept the list of calls on my cell phone. It is called "Your Grant****istance".

I was outside, missed call from this number. No voicemail left. I have no idea who this is

They call and don't say anything, then **** up. ****s

i got a miss cal from this number this morning at ridiculous hour. they didnt leave a message.

This number when calling back says it is a disconnected numberbut I am sure it is a collection agency

They have called me everyday for the past three months. They never leave a message but it is your grant****istance. I have requested every time they call to be put on their do not call list and they **** up and call right back. I spoke to the supervisor yes****ay and he promised me i wouldn't receive anymore calls from them yet they called a***n today

i also received calls from this number.  called 3 times.  left message but couldnt understand it.  I think it may be a scam.
