Got a call about 8:44 Pm.. the persons ***g after getting information supposedly about a fha loan  I reported to the FBI.

Berkley Capital had me refinance with in 2 weeks they are on of the best company's i have ever used. They don't just worry about the money they make but they care about there customers if i had an option to rank mortgage companies they would be above countrywide, wells fargo, and all the rest of the huge companies. That is the difference between a small organization compared to the giant organizations who don't even know where your paper work is half the time. I recommend everyone to use them. As to everyone saying there calling a bunch of times why wouldn't they there trying to reach you before the rest of the major *****s out there that try to tell you one thing and then deliver another. Berkley Capital your #1 in my book.

I spoke to Ericka Burke as many of you have. She explained they are on a computer dialer system and it sometimes calls your phone number repeatedly. I only had 3 calls. I'm closing on my loan this week. It was a sweet and easy process. I saved $4200 by going with them and not my local bank.

I ACTUALLY JUST CLOSED ON A MORTGAGE WITH BERKLEY CAPITAL. I HAVE TO SAY, THE WHOLE PROCESS WAS VERY SMOOTH AND THEY GAVE ME A VERY LOW FIXED RATE WITH MINIMAL CLOSING COSTS. I WOULD SUGGEST TO ANY OF YOU LOOKING FOR A MORTGAGE TO CALL THEM! JUST WANTED TO SHARE MY OPINION.

Watch Out! They wanted my SS number. Do not give it. They sounded very credible. They are Not! Beware!!

These idiots need to realize that calling someone over and over is not persistence it's a neurological disorder.  As a mortgage lender, why would you want to **** off a****ential client by calling them at 7 am on a Sa****ay?  That's just ******.  Since I had the misfortune of speaking with the caller, I realized that she was perfectly situated in her cubicles of idiots and possibly the leader of the idiots.  If anyone from Berkely Capital reads these posts, when you call a fellow mortgage lender at least know your products and rules.  Though the first call was fun for me, the corresponding 4 were simply aggravating!

Three calls last night from this number and no response when I answered the phone.

That number has been calling for 3 days straight...must be 20 times so far, I've just gotten used to looking at our caller ID and ignoring 75% of calls that come in, these included.I guess I'll have to call their office and threaten to drop by the next time I'm near Boca!!

Many calls no response when picked up.  PITA!

They have called 5 times today

I spoke with Erica Burk. She said she would remove my # from the list.  The Caller id says Boca Raton and sometimes capital it is a morgage firm and not real polite. I choose to use my own broker not a random caller from the other side of the usa. Also, as I understand this kind of company cannot go outside of their s***print to get clients. S***print meaning the tou****g surounding states only. If the calls don't stop I will respond back. PS I had 8 calls in the past 2 days 6 in one day and two already today 10;30am

Realized taht I forgot to give you guys the number to call.  The one I called is 561-988-1005.  And I checked, the address is good accept for the zip code, that b***h lied to me about that.  The real one is 33487 and the road isd Clint Moore St.  Good Luck!

I have been getting these calls as well.  I googled berkley capital and got a different number in boca raton.  I called it and went through the corporate directory guessing at names until I finally got one.  I spoke with Erica Burke.  She told me that the manager at that location is Casey Mauroa.  Their address is 931 Clintmoore, Boca Raton, FL 33498.  They told me the calls would stop.  I guess I will wait and see.  Hope the information helps.  I haven't checked any of it to verify, but Erica seemed a little shook up at my line of questioning.

This number has called 8 times this morning alone. I contacted our state AG office and she said I need an address to file a complaint.  Is anyone aware of an address for this company?Thank you

This number called 3 to 4 times an hour all day.  i called back and left messages but it did no good.

I cannot even remember how many times I received calls from this number (561-807-***5). It kept ringing! I picked up and not even a sound returned!

7 times in 1 hour.  7 times!!

they called me three times in one hour, and left a song playing on my voice mail.

This number has called us 4 times in the past 2 hours. I am very annoyed with them w***ver they are!!!!

This company called me saying that they were calling about my mortgage and calling from Berkley Capital. I told them to not call me a***n. He wouldn't agree to stop calling and s****ed telling me some sob story about his kids. I ***g up. Definately sounded like some type of scam
