Cannot get these guys to quit calling. The are rude, overbearing debt collector scams. They buy up overdue loans and then pressure the debtor to pay them directly. howerver they will not identify themselves. Need to be shut down.

Have been receiving calls from this number for weeks.  Woman will not tell me what company she represents, will not tell me why she is calling.  Says I must first verify the last three digits of my "social".  Refers to "ex daughter in law" (I don't have one).  Clearly is not calling the right person.  ****s up when I ask too many questions.  Who are these people?

Calls from this company stating I owe on a payday loan.  I have do***entation all my payday loans have been paid off.  When I asked Ernesto Dias - Team Manager to send me do***entation proving I owe this debt he sent me a letter from CFG stating I owe $1200 and have 3 days to pay it, not do***entation from the supposed debtor.  In the past week I have received 4-5 phone calls from this company - the original call came from a 623 area code, one call came from 623 phone # telling me to call a 561 number, and the last three are coming from the 561 area code telling me to call that number.  During my initial conversation with this man I told him I thought it was a scam and his way of attempting to prove this debt as real was to provide the last 4 of my SSN (which is easy to obtain in today's society).  I have responded to the letter he sent me and informed him to stop harassing me until he can provide me with proof of debt. Called my place of employment was very rude!!! Since I was unavailable to speak with her at the time because I was busy (i was at wor****), she wanted to speak with someone in our payroll dept regarding my "PAYROLL".  As if that is any of her business..

Someone called my cell phone from this number. Asked for someone named Eric. Had lots of background noise that sounded like children. Did not identify himself, and when I told him I've had this number for a year and a half and asked not to call me a***n, he ***g up before I could finish speaking. This number has been calling numerous times per day, all hours of the day and night, and has now become harassment. Each time I answer, I tell them this Eric person does not own the number and to stop calling.

Called stating that I owed $877.00 for a payday loan through my bank.  Also, they called me from a 313 number in Michigan.  They had my ss# too. ***?

Just received a call from these people who spoke with my supervisor.  The woman didn't identify herself and was extremely rude. I have been receiving harrasing rude phone calls from them.  Sometimes from different peple.  These people also have the capability of c****ing the phone number that comes up on the caller ID unit to a local name and number.  On 8/20/2010 I commented from these folks and have been.

This guy called my job but would not identify himself. Then he called my house. When told that I was not at home, he asked for a better number to reach me. When told there was not one, he would not identify himself or leave a message. he rudely ***g up.

Calls in the evening between 8-9pm.  Man answers but won't identify himself.  Don't know anyone in this area code and have never done business with anyone.  I have been letting it ring when I see it on caller ID.
