She calls at my Office but she is rude sometimes. keep asking to talk to the owner

I also received a phone call from her and threatens me that she will send someone to my house and bla bla bla....  I think she is playing a fishing game with us...

Keeps calling me & insisting that I owe $9000 to a sushi restaurant that I had supposedly eaten at. Who the***** spends $9000 on sushi?? She or he, sounds like a man to me but ITS name is Melinda w/a thick southern accent. She threatens me by saying the case will be taken to court. I mean cmon now, she/he may have my hm # and the right name but anyone can easily find anyones info no***ays.
