Sunday morning call - try to sleep in - who are these people?

These s*** bags are selling septic tank treatment and will not take no for an answer. I have repeatedly told them to stop calling but it does no good.

they call and they leave pre recorded messaagess we say we arent interested.! and they bug the***** out of my house phone.!  we answer and **** up dont they get the ***n clue?

No matter how many times I ask them to stop calling they continue under the guise of asking for someone with a different name and justify their calling because they say I am a customer so it is not a "telemarketing" call.

FBK Products--they keep calling after repeated requests to stop...Asked one caller how to get off their list and he replied "Buy so****ing and I'll tell you."

I have repeatedly told this caller to stop calling and to take our number off the call list.

My 13 year old daughter answered the phone while the sitter was outside and the male person on the phone asked her age, etc. They have no business asking someone's age no matter who they think is on the other end of the phone!

Keeps calling and no answer after two rings. Pain in the ****!!

Tell them every month to take me off their list. I am on the do not call list, but they still call at least monthly to try and sell their septic tank aids.

These people call every week or so.  I remember informing them previously that we don't have a septic system.  I don't understand how they got our name because we have an unlisted, unpublished number.   They called a***n this morning and just ***g up on me after I said*****o?  They're not going to remove you from the calling list even if you ask so I would just screen them out with the caller ID.  I don't see how annoying people to ***** is a good marketing practice.  Also why keep calling people who don't have septic systems when that's what your product involves.  Losers.

This caller # now fits the category of "Prank Caller", I've read some of the complaints and I am one of the many that have been called repeatedly with unwanted, rude callers and ****-ups why is this company allowed to continue?

W***ver calls will **** up when I ask what company they are calling for. If I answer by asking why they keep calling my # they **** up. I'll receive more than 1 call in a 12 hour period. I WANT THIS CALLING TO STOP!

MULTIPLE CALLS SOMETIMES 2 OR MORE WIRHIN A 24 HOUR PERIOD

Calls about once a week not sure what about because when i do answer they don't speak and then they **** up.  As others have stated, you can hear people in the background but ***ody seems to be on the line.

Called me at 8:45 on a Sa****ay morning, and according to my husband they've been calling at about that same time every day this past week.  When I picked it up this morning, I could hear voices in the background but as soon as I said*****o, they ***g up.  Next time I see it's them, as soon as I pick up I'm going to light them up... b*s****s calling that early on a SA****AY???

I have asked them to stop calling 14 times now, really annoying. Pushy sales people trying to tell me if I don't order they're product, I will most likely have to spend tens of thousands of dollars replacing my septic system, which I have told them I don't have.

I've asked twice for them to stop calling me. I've received 3 calls in 24 hours. This morning at 8am.

I have repeatedly yelled, screamed, and asked these ppl to stop calling me and take me off their list. Call Log: 2/10/10, 2/8/10, 1/30/10, 1/28/10, 1/18/10, and that's just this 561-962-0988 number that I haven't blocked yet. There are other numbers by which they repeatedly called also.

When I answer they **** up it is getting annonying. Sometimes it is 3 times a day.

These people DO NOT check to see if you are on a NO CALL LIST even though it is not supposed to be a perrogative.

Call was at 8:11 am this morning. This is the second call from this number with no message. We are on the "Do Not Call Registry." I stayed up late to watch Olympic ceremony and I am very tired and not happy.

Formerly Krane Products. Never done business with them nor have a need for any of their garbage they hawk from their website https://www.fbkproducts.com/ plus I have been on the DONOTCALL list since the day it went online. So, they are criminals, violating the FCC regulations regarding Phone Solicitation and violating the National Do Not Call registry. WHo wants to do business with criminals that are breaking the law when they call? Not me. I guess I will give them props for not further violating the law and blocking their caller ID info.

Another obnoxious telemarketer

calls on a daily basis, lets phone ring 2 or 3 times and then ****s up. did have a conversation with them approx 1 yr ago and they were extremely rude and ***g up on me since I wasn't buying their producet. Hve been playing this silly call and **** up game ever since.

This number comes up on caller ID - no message Has called several times in past few weeks

Called at 7:30 am. Woke me up. No tele marketing companies are to call before 8:00 am. When you call them back, they are afraid to answer. Wake up people and get a real job!

Receive calls from this number every day including weekends and I don't know who they are or what they want

A man who is looking for Cynthia keeps dialing my home number. He even calls at 8 am pacific time. I am tired of him calling. I have never done business with FBK products and don't want to do any business with them.

They call with no message left. At least leave me a canned computer message for the trouble of making me listen to the phone ring....

They just called - I didn't answer.  They did NOT leave a message.  Caller ID says "FBK Products".  Unsolicited telephone call.  I'm on the "do not call list".

They call my parents everyday. My parents are in there 70's and are tired of the phone calls and do not know what to do. I wish they would leave my parents alone. They have not even had the number they have now a year so I don't know how they got it.

FBK made the mistake of ordering from them tried to send the product back after 2 weeks and they refused to let us cancel or return BEFORE the 30 days were up... told them I didnt want it and wasnt going to pay anymore for their jun**** Get rude calls all the time.. anyone who answers the phone.. they ask for me and if you ask whos calling they **** up without saying a word.. Good luck trying to get it to stop!!!

They keep calling . . . Do they EVER just give up?! Did a phone number search, and a name search. Finding various complaints - is there a way to block these people?

I made the mistake of purchasing so****ing from this company years ago, have since not needed said product, and have asked them REPEATEDLY TO PLEASE TAKE ME OFF OF THEIR LIST. THEY CALLED BACK WITHIN 10 MINUTES!!! Also, since their is a 3 hour time c****e they call me first thing in the morning and I work late. I have explained this. Unbelievable!!

Multiple calls after repeatedly requesting to be removed from their calling list. I initially requested to be removed from their call list on 8-26-08. On 12-2-08, I called to report several calls in past few weeks spoke with Bob; he will take care of it. I called 6-20-09 to request no calls. Thanks for any help you can give. Mary

These company will not stop calling after repeated attempts of asking them to stop calling. I have even been down right mean to them, but they won't stop calling! They are driving me crazy!!

they call a couple times each day.  always at about the same time.  i am fairly certain it is FBK.

Caller stated that I was on their Home Warranty list and wanted to know if I received their contract.
