calling about our office account we have with them scam

collection on our office depot account and asking for us to return the call urgently -- We have a contact point with OD and they don't operate this way.

They have called me 8 times at my work in the past month.  I told them each time to stop calling because we use a local office supply company.  They made me hold for a supervisor who came on without an idea as to what he could “help me with”.    I had to explain, again, that I did not want them to solicit us.  I told him the number of times they were calling was too much and out of curiosity asked how often they call their accounts.  He told me they usually “check in about once a month.”  I explained how they have called me about 8 times within a month and that I wanted them to stop. They even call at 6am and 7am.  He assured me I was being put on a do not call list.  They have since called 3 more times.  I will never use Office Depot for business or personal.  They are harassing idiots!

I called to verify and it was Office Depot. So I recommend calling Office Depot to see what they can do.

I called Office Depot to verify that the person on the phone was an Office Depot employee. It turns out she was legitimately calling to check on our supplies. I don't need people calling me about office supplies so I just asked the agent to remove her from our account. She said she would email the rep asking her not to call me anymore. I just did this today so heres hoping it works.

I have been receiving numerous phone calls from his number and they state they are from Office Depot and what to know why we have not been ordering from them.  I have not given them much of a chance to continue, because we have been ordering from Office Depot and when I tell them that they don't want to give up.  I have told them that I will report them for harassing phone calls if they continue.  This has happened to me 5-6 times over the past few months.  I know they are not from office depot because they cannot give me our correct account number.  I have even received an e-mail from someone who says he is the sales rep with Office Depot.  I have all the names of these people, but I don't know who to submit this information to.

This is Office Depot.  A Kasey Schill calls me almost every day and asks for me to "shoot her a quick email".  An email about what?  She identifies herself as being from Office Depot but never says what she wants.  Of course she never leaves her phone number although the caller ID has this one and as mentioned before it is not a working number.   [email protected] is the email she leaves.

This is NOT Office Depot calling you! These are scam artists who have gotten your information - IF you ever purchased from Office Depot - you are on their list. Don't blame Office Depot because it is NOT them.

Got a call from them. I picked up the phone and I heard laughing on the other line and no answer. I hung up. WTF is their problem? Is this some hack where if the other caller picks up the phone they hack your landline? I've heard of these new scam calls recently, where they don't answer anymore, they just call you and wait for you to answer and then they hang up.

You have 2 choices when blocking:if you are on Bell canada or some other provider, you have to call them and likely pay for them to block.. but what I did was I went to VoIP phone!  It cut my bill in half AND you can block these bastards at will!!  I love it... I just go on line and put any numbers I want to block in and it's done! Never hear from them again!  Good luck.W.

I have received two calls this morning.  Now that I see who it is I have asked to be taken off the list and was told I HAD TO EMAIL him the request.  Of course the email address bounced.

This number keeps calling my cell phone. I've never answered because it is my cell.Not many people have that number.  Probably one of those computer generated calls.I Googled it and it was supposedly "unlisted".

Yes, I get calls from this number all the time.  God forbit we actually bought something from office depot once on a small business account.  They seriously call us every single day.  I will never buy from them again.  They act like we are their most important biggest customer.  We bought some paper and some desk supplies -- ONCE!  I was too lazy to go there so I had them deliver.  And now HARASSMENT! Ridiculous! For phone: 561-997-5181. My husband has asked them twice to stop calling and they still do.  It's gotten so bad we can't pick up our phone ever.

I tried to call this number back as well because the person had called me to verify my order status and things being corrected. That happened about a week ago. I tried to call the number back and it said that it is disconnected. I see I am not the only one who had that happen as well.

I got three calls and hangups.  I dont know, but the fourth call, I picked up and the Stupid Office Depot B***h was calling to buy their s**tsWhen, I called the number back, it says the number is disconnected.
