Along with his huge wife pegi lopez.I used to live here for about 7 years.This apartment complex is very run down and infested with roachs and spiders along with horrible plumbing.The garbage disposal is connected to the bathtub drain so if anything gets clogged in kitchen disposal the bathtub gets filled up with ***** water and it's very hard to drain(unclogged) the tub.And ceiling from the bathroom is wet to the touch and its caving in. It's a noisie neighbor hood skaters skate from 8:00am tn10:00pm. At the park across the street.They play loud music at the park on weekends late nights.People coming and going.The city workers cutting down trees every week.And some idiot that rick hired mows the lawn theres not much grass to mow.He does a terrible job of mowing the lawn.And there is a lot of gang activity.the manger rick is a net picker he goes through the tenants trash and he goes door to door asking whos is this stuff if u don't throw your trash right.rick don't keep up with the property he is lazy.the apartment looks like a slum.rick likes to s**** fights with the tenants he is an antagonizer.rick is a true a** hole he is a women hater i think that he does'nt love his wife pegi lopez.
