So, my husband called and gave a fake name to make sure that he gets through and gave them the number they called from and they told him he can't pay directly to them with cash, he needed to pay with his credit card. He didn't do it of course. They seriously called about 12 times in an 8 hour period. 12. Please don't fall for this.

This is a robo call, claiming to be the IRS. Stating they have filed a law suit a***nst you, and you must call immediately. PLEASE do not fall for this!! EVEN IF YOU ARE HAVING PROBLEMS WITH THE IRS!! They do NOT call. The HQ for handling this issue is NOT in LaHa***, CA. The real IRS handles EVERYTHING via MAIL.
