this caller left a voicemail saying my name but i have no idea who it is

Claims to be Police but had no badge number, called police station, they have no idea who it is. When they called back I told them the line was breaking up, gave them another phone number to call back in, the phone number was the local police departments phone number. Haven’t heard back from them since.

Called 2 consecutive days didn't leave any messages.

Some lady speaking in Spanish after I said*****O, not ola....very rude.

Called, no voicemail left.

sent a link to a survey on wildlife in the area. Yeah.. sure... just randomly asking locals about natural science and not hiring experts.
