Claimed to be a debt collector and then a law firm and then a lawyer. Very think indian accent. Calls my job three to four times daily, calls my cell phone twice a day. Claims I am a criminal and am going to jail. I work for a police department and he doesn't seem to care. Claims I need to pay him immediately. Claims he will call my employer (a***n police department ******). We are currently in bankruptcy. There shouldn't be anyone calling us because we filed Chapter 7. They won't send papers to the house or even an email so we know to whom we are really speaking or to get them into the attorney's office. Don't know what to do can anyone help me?

Called twice, once in afternoon and about a week later after 9:00 P.M. No voices first time. Second time, an automated "sorry," then call ended. Have also received similar calls from other numbers during this time period.
