Call came in at 9:45 Pm MST to a State Government phone #.  Some guy from India was talking to my voice mail. I couldn't understand what he was calling about?  But he had my first and last name!

Rings all day...all night....never says anything just ****s up when I answer!!

calls everyday and ****s up when answered.been going on for weeks. filed complaint with fcc. really s****ing to **** me off!!!!

This number called me twice on November 11, 2008 and both times I heard "dead air" and was then disconnected.The number called back today (November 12, 2008) and an Indian-sounding man who named himself "Steven" said he was calling on behalf of Dish Network.I asked how he got my number because I'm on the Do Not Call list and he ***g up on me.If you are already on the Do Not Call list you can file a complaint (http://www.fcc.gov/cgb/donotcall/#howtocomplain) which is very easy to do. If you're not on the Do Not Call list - go there and sign up! It's very quick and easy.This phone number is owned by Pac-West Telecom and you can report abuse to them at:800-511-9048 or [email protected]'m sure that a company who is violating the Do Not Call list goes a***nst Pac-West's terms of use. If enough people complain they will do so****ing about it.

calls every day at 5:50pm. never leaves a message.  dialed back and all I got was weird asian music on the phone
