Calls throughout the day. Never says anything. Only once did I hear background noise and it was a rooster. Idk but it’s such a nuisance and I can’t call back to figure out who it is. When I do it says something about it being an “outbound call” and hangs up. I hate having blocked numbers but this one had to be or I’ll keep getting the calls.
