Don't believe them!!

I found out the phone carrier they were useing Focal Communications. I talked to Focals fraud dept. and they cut off this phone line now. :) Thank you Focal Communications.

I think I finaly got to these people. I kept calling them and messing with them I bothered them so much today they put their phone over to the voicemail. lol lol If these people are still bothering you call them and mess with them tell then David Johnston is looking for John Davenport lol  I kept telling them I am David Johnston and I want to speak to John Davenport. Just keep after these people let them feel what it is l;ike to be bothered. Please post here what you have done when calling these people if they turn their phone back on. We can all get on the same story and keep bothering them. Just tell them you are David Johnston with the phone fruad division and bug the **** out of these lossers.

Sorry people the name of the internet phone carrier is Broadwing Communications LLC not Broadview.

Please people do not give these guys any money. This is a total scam. Also if you are trying to cal them back from a blocked phone # it will just go right to the voicemail. Call them and give them***** they tried this with scam with me now every chance I get I call them and mess with them. Does anyone know if it is possable to get a class action suite a***nst them? I am pretty sure they are not in the US as this phone # 562 364 0629 is internet phone line thru Broadview Communications. If anyone knows how we can get Broadview to shut down their phone service that would be great.

I got the same call today. Could barely understand the guy who called and when I called the number he gave me I got another guy with a similar accent telling me I was being sued and that John Davenport was in a meeting. I told him to sent his investigators with ID and the "affidavit " he was reading to me. He ended up ****ing up on me and when I called back I got a full voicemail with the mailbox # 7263491. I figured it was a scam but it shook me up at first.

they called me and told me a judgement was being passed a***nst me on Friday for a loan i took out.

This is a total scam do not believe this guy. He told me his name is John Davenport with Attorneys and Legal Service no suchthing. These people are just trying to sacam you out of money.
