yes indeed it is a fake!!!!!!!   they do go by those names however we all need to let the FBI know about this....  I traced the number by googling it, its coming from california...   Please note that they have my bank info and may have your as well...  Let your local FBI offices know...   I decided to call them every 2 min for 4 hrs for the past couple of days to get bac****! and questions please email me at [email protected] thanks...

umm yea they are fake for sure i called them wanting their information after my famly was receiving threating calls.  They faild to give me thier info so i called the cops.  I call them every 4 min for 5 hrs to play the game right back at them.  However if you do have them call you, alert the FBI the real one lol. thanks

i have received numerous calls however no information is ever given only threats. they constantly call **** up and call back with their thick accents threatening myself and family members with their continued calls however no information of who they represent are ever shared so they get ***g up on.

100 calls into this mess from a debt collector who has SSN and threatening us.

I recieved 4 calls in 3 minutes from an unknown #.  A message on the 3rd call told me to get an attorney and not ignore the call cause it would cause me problems later and I would be sorry.  He gave us a name of a lady he said who had my SSN who was going to sue me for some illegal activity.  He couldn't speak english very well.  My husband did a search on our phone log which showed the # that was missing off of our caller ID.  He returned the call and told him not to call back that we didn't know that person.   His name was Bruce Payne from BCI.  When my husband ask him to verify the SSN that he said he had.  He told him he couldn't tell him what it was.  In June of this year I received a call from another guy not wanting to give me much info but telling me he was from a financial crime dept and I was getting sued and criminal charges were pending a***nst me for illegal internet activity.  This was another call from someone who couldn't speak english.  I actually told this guy what to do with it. It really ****s having a popular name.

I came home from vacation only to have received 4 messages from an Officer Daniel Smith and Kent Robinson from BCI-Bureau of Crime Investigations. My mom first alerted me to this by playing the messages. I listened and a red flag went up first by the foreign accents and then by the fact that they didn't tell me what agency I owed money for. I was scammed once before and am aware of these pranksters.
