I receive a call from this number once a week, when I call it back, I get an error message, and then it ****s up on me just wasting my cell minutes.

I've received calls from this number also... they've called my do not call registered number twice so far.

I got a few of these calls from the number over the past month, and I didn't answer any of them thanks to all the comments online. **** those scams.

Yeah I just got the same missed call.  Glad to know Im not the only one...

Just so you know, this is a carpet cleaning scam, the same one that has been in the Southern California area for months under dozens of different phone numbers.  It is a fake "out of service" message as the phone number is still making calls all over the place.  It is a land line in Long Beach and probably a boiler room operation.  I have made local law enforcement aware of these people.  Any "business" that uses fake "out of service" messages, violates FCC regulations, is rude, ****s up and generally tries to conceal their real iden***y has to be bad, and probably criminal.  Ethical businesses do not act like this.  I bet they don't even pay taxes.  And they have called my do not call registered cell phone twice!

got a missed call from  5623940361 on cell ph when i returned the call was informed no longer in service i called back 5 min after recieving the original call WHO OR WHAT IS THIS NUM**** LISTED TO ???!!!
