Called and it sounded as if it were a recorded message, but it was totally garbled and couldn't really be understood.

UPS Cerritos spamster call, from reading other comments this is a credit card scam.

Caller ID- UPS CERRITOS. It was a recording telling me that there was a problem with my credit card. I pressed "1" and the guy asked me if I'd like to lower my rate. I asked his name and employee # He asked the same question but added "please answer with a yes or no. " I said, "You called me. What do you want" He said, "That is not a yes or no. ANSWER WITH A YES OR NO" 2 more times. followed by, "I'll****ume that is a no" and ***g up. I have not had a credit card for over 20 years.

No message, no answer.

Call from this number. Offering lower interest rates on my credit card. I asked how they got this number: did not know. Told the Indian accent operator that I needed to know because it was an unlisted Government number for internal use only. They ***g up quickly.
