Received text message identifying Lowerpaymnt.net. Checked it out - website couldn't be found. Called phone number - box full! These texts cost me per message! I'm tired of paying for adverti*****ts!

Please stop the simple act of collecting complaints and s**** doing so****ing about this number. I recommend terminating the cell phone account and sanctioning the cell provider.
