This was an offer to lower my credit card interesting rate as low as 6.x percent. Automated caller first, then press one to talk to a representative. Alas, I got cut off. I knew it was a scam when it didn't say "Capital One" or "American Express" or "Discover" card...just "credit card." I was on lunch and was going to play with them for a while, but our call got disconected after a few seconds.
