4 calls a a day - I finally answered to try to make it stop - silence for a few seconds as the computer transferred me to a human like they got a fish on the line - some Indian guy told me he was calling to say that my recent payment has posted to my account - seriously? Begged them to leave me alone - doubt they will.

They call at unacceptable times 6:00 am and such...CAPITOL ONE

Non-stop calling at all hours of the day and night.

The called saying they were from Capital One and that they wanted to process a payment over the phone. I told them that I do online bill pay (I happen to have an account) and that over the phone was not necessary as I have never missed a payment. Marketer told me it's more convenient to do it over the phone and I disagreed. I promptly ***g up, called Capital One and they said that they had no record of anyone ever calling me and they would never call me about doing phone payments.

this number has been calling my house every day like 4 times a day while I am at work, today i was able to speak to them and i told the women that i had sent in my payment on thursday or friday last week, and she ***g up on me, so i called the number back, and it was a man with a asian accent, and I said "who is this" and he said "who did what" and i said "who is this" and he ***g up on me

Robo call from Capital One

Another random number used by Capital One. They call with at least five different numbers several times a day with each. THEY NEED TO STOP>

DONT ANSWER THEY ARE NOT C.ONE MY SPOUSE BILL PAIN ON TIME AND WHEN THEY ASK FOR HIM, I SAY NO HERE, THEY **** UP NO MESSAGE THEY USE SEVERAL DIFF #'S TO CALL U AND ASK U FOR YOUR ACCT# AND S.S. NUMBER DO NOT GIVE IT OU***HEY USE 309-817-5401

Calls daily or multiple times per day. Accented, delayed voice. Leaves no message if ignored. Asked for X, I said I wasn't X, then caller said goodbye. Seems likely to be legit, given I missed a due date, but it felt very non-legit with the strangeness of the call, no messages, different numbers, etc.

I am late on one payment, I KNOW this. Capital One has called me about 6 times per day, showing all different area codes and phone numbers on my caller ID. They think they're tricky. Can't block or screen the calls, because they're all different. Well guess what Capital One? I CAN STILL TURN THE RINGER ON MY PHONE OFF, so I have!

Capital One calls with a different area code and number, every separate day that they call. I don't know how they do this, but they somehow do! I have gotten 4 calls from THIS particular number today. They never leave a message. I am over my credit limit, and they are having a cow! They can get over it, until I have the money to pay it off!

Haven't reported all of them, but I've gotten calls from this number about every other day, sometimes two or three times each day, since my first posting on the 5th. Still, no ID other than the number and no message in Voice Mail.
