I do not know who they are who is calling, twice on a Sunday, and one of those ring-ins, was after 8 pm

I don't want to say they are spammers, but they do like to spam my phone with calls all times of the day, even on the weekends.

Said they are conducting an a study on state health. The man referred me to websites and contact numbers that seemed legitimate

Left a message stating they were not looking for money, from UCLA doing a survey about health/insurance. Will call back a***n few days later. I wonder if it's scam or not.
