This is a generic phone number used by the City of Long Beach. I would****ume any city employee who calls out from their office, this is the number that gets displayed. If they want you to call back they will leave their work number in their voice mail; this prevents THEM from getting spammed or harassing calls to their desk phones.

When a Long Beach Public Service calls and don't want you to call back this number would pop up. I got this same number for different Long Beach Business. WIC, utilities and unemployment to name a few.

This number is from City of Long Beach Utilities, usually warning you about a late payment.

I have never lived or conducted business in California, so I'm not sure why I got a call from this number if it really is a legitimate City of Long Beach Utilities number.

A recorded voice saying about me owing so****ing. Very su****ious and seems like a scam. Be real careful with tricksters like this one.

Pre-recorded message when you call back saying to look up your city departments phone numbers in the phonebook. If you've placed books on hold at the li***ries in Long Beach that might be them contacting you about it.
